Panasonic Lumix DMC-G3 battery DMW-BLD10 DL-P039

Panasonic Lumix DMC-G3 is a compact, SLR-styled mirrorless interchangeable lens camera that uses the Micro Four Thirds standard. It's the follow-up to the DMC-G2, and its biggest changes include an even smaller body, a new Live MOS sensor and image processor, faster autofocus performance, and Full HD video recording.

However the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G3 uses a different battery than its predecessor. The new DMW-BLD10 battery, also used on the DMC-GF2, packs 7.3 Wh of energy, which is about as same as the battery on the old G2. Despite having nearly the same amount of energy, battery life has dropped on the G3.
